Terms

The complete terms will be published when the platform opens. Until then, this page states plainly how a plan is billed, how it is cancelled, and what happens to travel credit — so that nothing about the offer has to be guessed at.

Preliminary version. The description below reflects how the system works today and is binding on nobody; the complete, legally reviewed terms will be published when the platform opens in September 2026.

What is being sold

A monthly plan on the Ondira travel platform, at one of three fixed amounts. A plan gives access to the platform and to member benefits on hotels, flights and experiences booked through it. With Voyage and Horizon the monthly amount is credited as travel credit; Discover includes none. Travel itself is booked and paid for separately, at the price shown at the time of booking.

Billing

  • Plans are billed monthly, in advance, in US dollars. The monthly amount is fixed per plan and cannot be chosen freely.
  • The first payment is due when the plan begins; every following one on the same day of the month.
  • Changing to a different plan takes effect with the next billing cycle. There is no proration.
  • If a payment fails, it is retried over the following days and you are notified each time. If it still cannot be collected, the plan becomes inactive.

Cancellation

  • There is no minimum term and no notice period.
  • A plan runs from month to month. It ends with the billing cycle that has been paid for and is not renewed beyond it.
  • Until the platform opens, write to hallo@ondira.travel to end a plan. A self-service route will be part of the member area.
  • A plan that has ended can be resumed later.

Travel credit

  • With Voyage and Horizon, each paid month grants travel credit in the full amount paid. Discover grants none.
  • Travel credit can only be used for bookings on the Ondira platform.
  • Each credit is valid for twelve months from the day it is granted; the oldest credit is used first, and unused credit expires at the end of that period.
  • Travel credit is not money. It cannot be transferred, exchanged or paid out, and it is not refunded in cash when a plan ends.

Refunds

A month that has been paid and has granted travel credit is not refunded in cash — the credit has been issued and remains usable for its full twelve months. Statutory rights of withdrawal remain unaffected. Bookings made on the platform follow the cancellation conditions of the respective travel provider, which are shown before booking.
